Great First Home Buying Experience
No matter how small, Mike made sure to point out everything that may need to be fixed up (even if it was only cosmetic) and how to prevent future problems. I feel like I have a good feel of the house and what my priorities are as far as fixing. He was able to tell me what's easy to fix right away with cost estimates. I also learned a lot about upkeep to help reduce the amount of replacements needed. The binder given was extremely helpful and the notes written were descriptive.

Excellent work
Mike White inspected a house that we were considering purchasing - and eventually did purchase - in October 2015. His inspection felt thorough, he answered our questions helpfully during the inspection, and he left us with a very detailed record of work that needed to be done and the degree of importance/urgency. His advice felt professional and expert. We would definitely recommend Mr White's service.

Great service, laymans terns
Mike, took the time to explain each deficiency and potential long and short term impact. Mike also anwered other general questions not related to the assignement at hand. I would recommend him again or if we were asked of a home inspector to use.

Extremely thorough and knowledgeable
Mike was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time and spent four hours in a little town-house to make sure he went over every detail. The issues he found we were able to bring to the seller and get them to do the repairs before closing. He literally saved us thousands of dollars. Best money I ever spent!

No stone unturned, all the important stuff done, saved us $
Mike is very systematic, ensuring all the important items in a home are inspected. In our particular case, found some essential deficiencies which would have cost us over $1000, which we've gone back to the seller to fix. This has saved us more than Mike's fee. He found other items which looked important but aren't. Without his guidance we'd have spent more money than we needed to. Mike is thoroughly professional. He's expensive because he's good.

Great home inspection experience with Mike
We had our first house (on Withrow Ave) inspected by Mike on Sep 11. Mike is really professional. He knows everything about house, and he went to every corner of the house, inside and outside, especially in the less-than-one-metre-high basement. I was deeply impressed. Moreover, the complete home inspection report is not just a report. It is a bonus! Because it includes all the information you need to know about you house and the What to and How to menus to maintain your house. We got more than we paid. Thank you, Mike!
